Of Dunback, formerly Gore. Dearly loved soulmate and wife of Wayne Fraser (Dooley), devoted mother of Corbyn and Ava, and stepmother of Josh. Loved daughter of Donny and Cheryl McDougall, loved sister to Scott and Grace, and Jayde and Vera. Proud Auntie to Piper, Lucy, Owen, Bear and Woody. A Memorial service for Carley will be held in the Palmerston Sports Hall, 33 Gilligan Street, Palmerston, on Friday, April 17, 2026 at 2.00pm.
