STEVENSON, Bruce Harold:

Fairley and family would like to extend sincere thanks to all those who attended the service to farewell our dearly loved Husband, father, father-in-law, grandad and great-grandad. The flowers, food, visits, cards, phone calls and offers of help were overwhelming and much appreciated. A huge thank you to Dave Fraser and Winton Funeral Services for their care and support to our family. Also Rachael Collins for guiding us through a sad and difficult time. Thank you both for helping make Bruce's farewell a true celebration of his life. Thank you to the Fire Brigade and Lions Club members for setting and cleaning up the Community Centre and honouring Bruce with a Guard of Honour. Thanks also to the Fire Brigade for looking after us following the farewell. Special thanks to James Napier for piping Bruce into and out of the service and to his final resting place. Also Virginia Pomare and all those who helped with the afternoon tea. Thanks to the staff at La Hoods Chemist, Gore Medical Centre and Gore and Dunedin Hospital for your kindness and care of Bruce. Please accept this as a personal acknowledgement to everyone who made this sad time so much more bearable for our family.
