Brian WILSON Obituary

Peacefully, after a courageous battle, with his family by his side on Saturday, December 21, 2024. In his 82nd year. Loved husband of Joan for the last 60 years. Loved father and father-in-law of Kelvin and Vanessa, Gary and Angela, Phillip and Bernie, Debbie Hallas, and Mark and Emily. Loved Grandad of Blake, Liam, Maycee, Shaun, Megan, Rosie, and Isabelle. A service to celebrate Brian's life will be held in the Southland Crematorium on Friday, December 27, 2024 at 1.30pm. In lieu of flowers, donations for Hospice Southland would be gratefully accepted and can be left at the service. We have been neighbours and friends of you both for 29 years.
Brian was a truly amazing man. It´s been an honour to have known him He was the best neighbour anyone could ever wish for and his friendship a gift.
He loved his family and you all have been amazing over the last couple of years , supporting and caring for him on this very difficult journey with cancer.
