Brian and I taught at Cargill together. We co- coached the first fifteen and I appreciated his remarkable motivation skills and we became good friends. He was a great support in my teaching and I learned a lot from him. He contributed so much by way of his rapport with the students. They loved him! - as we all did! All our love to Anne, Katherine, Steven and grand children! Brent and Jan Soper

Mr Scott was one of my teachers at Cargill during the 1980s and of all the teachers I had there I only enjoyed 2 and Mr Scott was one of them even though he confiscated the trout that I caught at school camp in Kinloch for his breakfast and thought that I needed my pack loaded with rocks while doing the routeburn track (it didnt do me any harm). I thank him for the advice he gave me when I sought his guidence after I had left school . His english class was most enjoyable one of the classes I looked forward to. Rest in peace Mr Scott.

Great times working with Brian at Cargill and coaching rugby with him. The trips away on the U15 tournaments were very memorable. Condolences to you Anne and the family. Richard

Great memories of our days coaching the Cargill v Verdon 1st XV. The banter and fun made for a very respectful friendship that was also evident within the players involved. RIP mate. Gerry

A brilliant friend to me and colleague and general encourager to my late wife.
Enjoyed meals with him and Anne and shovelling manure for Round Table funds.

Condolences Anne, like me you have lost one of the best.
