Brian PAYNE Obituary

In his 96th year. Peacefully, surrounded by his loving whānau at Rose Lodge on May 18, 2025. Beloved son of the late Harry and Ethel Payne, loved brother of the late Peggy, Audrey and Keith, Luton England. Dearly beloved husband of the late Maureen (nee Spencer). Cherished Dad of Jan, Trish, Duncan, Mem and Bec. A loved and respected father-in-law of Tuna, Kevin, Lenny and James. Loved and respected brother-in-law and uncle. Much loved special uncle of Lee. The best and loving Poua, Pou Pou, Poua Poua and GG Pou of his 19 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. Brian's family would like to acknowledge the residents and staff of Rose Lodge for the care, respect and love that was shown to our Dad over the past year. Brian will be at Trish's home, 166 Marine Parade, Bluff, until his service at Invercargill Crematorium, on Friday, May 23, 2025, at 1.30pm.
