Tim, Keegan, Helena and family, deepest sympathies on the passing of Brent.
We spent many many hours together and there really was never a dull moment or a time where Brent was lost for words. Often called the loudest man in football with his opinions and his vibrant laughter, he was never short of words of advice for me after a football game!!! "Besty" my friend you will be greatly missed.

My heartfelt condolences to the Best family on this sudden and tragic loss. Brent's laughter and infectious smile is something that always lit up a room. My last very fond memory was when he turned up to a national league match I was refereeing and started giving advice to one of the ARs. I asked who he was as with his longer hair and full facial beard I didn't recognise him. 'It's me Bestie' was his reply which was followed with a big grin and a laugh. RIP Brent you will be very much missed. Arohanui to the family xx
