Beverley WALLIS Obituary

Aged 73 years, of Mosgiel (late of Alexandra and Invercargill). Beverley suffered a medical event while working in her cherished garden, passing away on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at Dunedin Hospital, surrounded by family and upheld by the prayers of many. Loved wife of John Cecil Wallis* and beloved wife of Allan Churchill Watson*, cherished mother and mother-in-law of James and Marcie Watson (Dunedin), and Anna Gordon (Mosgiel), loved grandmother of Matthew, Brendan and Toby Watson, and Elliott and Isobel Gordon, loved daughter of Catherine* and Joe* (GFT) Morris, sister and sister-in-law of Neil* and Denise Morris (Winchester), Janet and John MacManus (Invercargill), Andrew Morris (Timaru), and David Morris (Invercargill), also a much loved aunt, niece, and friend of many. A service for Beverley will be held at Mosgiel Presbyterian Church, 11 Church St, Mosgiel, at 1.30pm on Tuesday, December 9. The service will be livestreamed at www.campbellandsons.co.nz/live-stream. James and Anna, my heart is heavy. I have very fond memories of Aunty Beverly.
She was very kind and humble with a beautiful smile, who made the best bean salad ever.
