Lady Wigram Rest Home, Christchurch. It is with great sadness we share with you the passing of our beloved Mum, Nanna, Great-Nanna (Blossy). Mum passed peacefully in her bed at Lady Wigram with daughter Heather by her side sharing the love and respect we all felt for our matriarch, an amazingly strong, supportive, loving, capable, funny, saucy, cheeky and special woman she was. mum (Blossy) you will forever be in our hearts and memories, and you lived a full and happy 90 years with a smile and laugh. Mum will be cremated on Monday, October 6, in Christchurch. To celebrate Mum's life and enable all family members and friends to attend, we will be holding a Blossy eat-a-thon celebration at Warrington in 2026 (date to be confirmed), followed by an unveiling /planting of ashes of Mum and Dad overlooking Blueskin Bay, next to their eldest son Graeme who sadly passed away three weeks ago.
