Barry McLAY Obituary

On December 9, 2024, aged 84 years. Much loved husband of the late Margaret. Loved Dad of Leeane and Paula, and Grandad Barry of Jorgia-Lee. Loved and respected brother, brother-in-law, and uncle. A service to celebrate Barry's life will be held in J Fraser and Sons Chapel, cnr Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill, on Friday, December 13, at 2.00pm. To Paula and family, a long hard struggle Barry had, he was a quiet unassuming person but a very good friend and brother in law.
We all have vivid memories of him that will linger on for some time, sorry Helen and I cannot make it for his farewell. Our deepest sympathies to all the family.

So sorry to hear of Barrys passing. Marg and Barry are back together again. A special couple. I will always remember the close association we had in Northern Southland and Slope Point. Frugal and hard workers and a pleasure to know them.
