Barbara was a valued member of the Church Corner Trefoil Guild for numerous years, taking on the chairmanship for many of them. She always had a babies vest, jacket, or bonnet on her knitting needles which were donated to the Christchurch Hospital for the babies born there. She also knitted beanies for the seamen arriving from overseas at Lyttelton. Her baking was legendary! Condolences to the Fleming family. Rest peacefully Barbara.

Barbara was a dedicated Christian woman, leader of St Peter's Upper Riccarton Association of Anglican Women for many years.
My three daughters remember her as a strict leader of the Girl Guides but also with a sense of humour, lots of fun, but stood no nonsense!
Rest peacefully now Barbara after a life well lived. You'll be missed.
