Dearly loved and loving husband of Jill (59 years). Adored Dad and Dad-in-law of Stuart, Lorraine and Warren, Nina and David. Loving Grandad of Kea, Anthony, Kadin, Daniel, Alisa, Loghan and Cameron. Son of the late Thomas William and Jessica Florence (York, England), and brother of the late Pam, and Peter.
A lover of golf and an
armchair sportsman.
Forever thankful that we had you as long as we did.
Your ready smile and Yorkshire humour will be sorely missed.
We are extremely grateful for the level of care he received from Dr Jacqui Walker and the team at Catherine St Medical Centre and the St John Ambulance team. A service is being held at All Saints Church, 509 Dee Street, Gladstone, Invercargill, on Thursday, November 17 at 11.00am, to be followed by a private burial at Eastern Cemetry. What I remember Tony for is his honesty and his word was his bond. He wouldn't sell you anything that wasn't going to do the job, you could trust him. Pity more business's didn't do the same. Rest in peace my friend of 50 years.

The memories of Tony go back before "Pumps and "Udders" of the happy smiling face that got the job done, Tony was second to none, the customer was his priority. A difficult part to get, would be found, was my experience.
