Anthony McCANN Obituary

Peacefully at Clare House, on Sunday, September 28, 2025. Dearly loved husband of his adored wife Margaret*. Loved father and father-in- law of Susan*, Wendy*, Brian and Tania, and Peter. Treasured grandfather of Hayley and Paul Roberts, and Kayne McCann.
Smitten great-grandfather of Maddy, Millie and Maisie. A much loved brother and brother-in-law and uncle. Tony will be farewelled with a Requiem Mass at Sacred Heart Church, North Road, Invercargill, on Thursday, October 2, 2025 at 10.30am, followed by the committal at Eastern Cemetery. A Rosary will be recited at 7.00pm on Wednesday, October 1 at Sacred Heart Church. Special thanks to the dedicated team at Clare House who have looked after Tony for the past 18 months and especially those who cared for Tony and family in his final days. A very special thank you to Ethel and Gaynor for their wonderful friendship and support of Tony.
