Of Lumsden. It is with sadness that we announce Allan's passing on April 9, 2025. Husband of the late Glenys, loved father and father-in-law of Bruce and Melany: Campbell and Ang, loved granddad of Harley, Riley, Casey; Jed, and Meg. Eldest son of Hector* and Ruby* Sheat (Grove Bush). Loved brother and brother-in-law of John and Judith*; Herbert; Heather* and Allan* Townsend, Ruth; Barry and Kari; Linda and Joe Hunt (and Keith Paproth*); Elizabeth. Brother-in-law of Shirley* Reynolds; Beven* and Audrey Hunter; Lois* and Stan* Clark; Boyd* and Noeline Hunter (and Jenny*). A service to celebrate the life of Allan will be held at the Lumsden Memorial Hall at 1.00pm Tuesday, April 15, 2025, followed by interment at the Lumsden Cemetery.
