Allan REYNOLDS Obituary

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, at Bupa Ascot on Friday, August 2, 2024. In his 80th year. Dearly loved husband and soul mate of Pamela for the last 60 years. Treasured father and father-in-law of Diane and Norman Pierce, Sharon and Doug Arthur, Paul and Desiree, David and Kym, and Maree. Best Grandad and Poppy ever of his 16 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Loved son of Joyce* and Reginald* Reynolds and Maitland* Downes. Loved son-in-law of Patricia* and Herbert* Orr. Special brother of Diane, and a dearly loved brother and brother in-law. A special uncle, cousin and friend to many. Heartfelt thanks to Bupa Ascot and Clare House for their care of Allan. A service to celebrate Allan's life will be held at The Invercargill Workingmens Club, 154 Esk Street, Invercargill, at 1.30pm, on Thursday, August 8. In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimers Society Southland, would be appreciated and may be left at the service.
PROVINCIAL CONTRACTING LTD
The origins of Provincial Contracting Ltd began when Allan Reynolds and two partners took over an existing drainage and excavation company of the same name, in 1984. The two partners have since left the company, leaving Allan and his wife Pam, as directors. Allan Reynolds is the Managing Director of the Company and has been involved in the construction, drainage and excavation field for 50 years.
