FLEMING, Alice Leona
(nee Bennett):
On 29 March 2015, peacefully at North Shore Hospital, in the loving arms of her daughter Julie, after a short illness; aged 93 years. Born at Riverton, Southland, the youngest-born of Richard Bennett and Alice Elizabeth Bennett (nee O'Shea); treasured sister by Leslie, Annie, Willie, Gladys, Marty, Charlie, Milda, Geordie, Maisie, Eva, Dorney and Joan, and sister-in-law by their respective spouses. Beloved wife of the late William Stuart Fleming and warmly and loyally loved as daughter-in-law of William Frederick Fleming and Elizabeth Fleming (nee Pink) of Dunedin and as sister-in-law of Shirley, Kenny, Betty and Gordon and their respective spouses. Adored by her many nieces and nephews and their spouses and offspring. Mum, the universe itself is not enough to contain the love I have for you and time cannot extinguish it; I will never leave you and I know you will always be with me. Rest in peace with God. Sweet dreams my darling Angel, from your only child Julie. The service for Alice will be held at St Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, corner Fenwick Avenue and Shakespeare Road, Milford, North Shore, on Saturday, April 4, at 12.00 noon.
