EXCELL, Alf:Lynne and Jan, Cheryl and Roger, Roger.S grandchildren and great-grandchildren, wish to sincerely thank everyone involved in giving our dearly loved father/poppa and GP a great farewell. Thank you to all our friends and family who attended the service, sent cards, flowers and gifts of food. We would like to pay special tribute to the Fiordland District nurses, Fiordland Medical Centre, also nurses and caregivers at Rowena Jackson Retirement Village. Please accept this as a personal acknowledgement.
