Daphne and family would like to thank family and friends for your support, kind messages, cards, flowers and visits. We would also like to thank all who have helped with Alan during his last 7.5 year journey; helicopter pilots and medics, ICU Dunedin, rehab staff at Kew Hospital, healthcare workers, Dr Grove - Riverton Medical Centre, Diane, Debbie and all the team at Bupa Longwood for the care of Alan for the past five months and Jill. Thank you. Also, Greg and the amazing team at McDonald and Weston - your guidance has been awesome.
