Jean and family would like to thank family and friends who attended Adam's service, sent messages, cards, food, flowers, your kindness is greatly appreciated. Special thank you to Father Tony, Keith Thompson, and Ian Becker, for their participation in making the service truly special. Thank you to the Medical Ward Southland Hospital and Hospice Southland for their devoted care to Adam.
