William Henry (Bill):
Aged 86 years. (Retired Senior Sergeant, NZ Police, Airman RAF Serv. No. 4069356 Fighter Command, Driffield, England). On Thursday 5 October 2017, died peacefully after a long illness in the presence of his loving wife. Dearly loved husband of Ivy for 63 years. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of David and Esmay (Athol), Michael and Karen (Waiuku), Paul and Christel (Invercargill), and Peter and Jocelyn (Te Atatu). Loved Grandfather of Caroline, Stephen, Julie, Ashley, Adam, Ben, William and Josephine. Loved Great-Grandfather to Evette, Caden, Isabella, Georgia, Emily, Christian and Nicholas. Eldest loved brother of Barbara, Peter, Brian and the late Arthur, Margaret and Dennis (England). A service to celebrate his life will be held in the Main Chapel of the Morrison Funeral Home, 220 Universal Drive, Henderson, on Thursday 12 October 2017, at 12.30pm, followed by a private burial.
