ROBINS, Toby Max:
3.6.2008 - 9.1.2019
Toby passed away peacefully in his mum and dad's arms after a year long battle with cancer. Precious son of Ben and Carolyn, adored older brother of Felix and Oliver, treasured grandson of Margaret and Terry Whittington, Lyn Robins and the late Max Robins, much loved by his cousins, aunts and uncles, family and friends. Will be missed by Fern, a loved companion and 4 legged friend. Toby was a shining light in the lives of all who knew him, embracing every opportunity with enthusiasm and bravely facing every challenge with strength and dignity. Special thanks to everyone in CHOC (Christchurch Haematology and Oncology Centre) and Ronald McDonald House for their loving care. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Child Cancer Foundation. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Toby Robins, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. In accordance with Toby's wishes a private cremation was held in Christchurch, to be followed with a celebration of Toby's life in the Fullwood Room of the Dunedin Centre, 1 Harrop Street, Dunedin, on Tuesday, January 22, at 2.00pm.
'Don't be sad because
I've gone,
Be happy that I was here.'
