Gerard Michael:
A cherished and much loved son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, nephew and cousin who passed away peacefully at Calvary Rest Home on Saturday, December 1, 2018. Eldest son of Barbara and the late Brian, brother and brother-in-law of Barbara Finlayson, Terry and Julie, and Tracey and David Carrick. A treasured uncle of Cameron and Lyn, Duncan and Lisa, Fraser, and Macgregor Finlayson; Lauren and Cory, Jacob and Ellen, Tayla, Rosie, and Patrick Carrick. Great-uncle to Liam, and Dylan and a friend of Peter.

A Requiem Mass to celebrate Gerard's life will be held in the St. Thérèse of Lisieux Catholic Church, Perth Street, Invercargill, on Thursday, December 6, at 11.00am. The service will conclude with the burial at the Eastern Cemetery. The Rosary will be held in the Fr. O'Brien Chapel at the church on Wednesday, December 5, at 7.00pm.
